Branch Manager

Responsibilities & Duties 

• Achieving the targets of the set KPIs i.e. monthly disbursements and collections targets set ensures that the branch is profitable.
• Loan verification through Spoof calling, Reference check, and ID check to ensure that accurate information has been provided.
• Proper financial management at the branch.
• Due diligence before loan approvals to ensure that quality loans are being disbursed.
• Support teams in the branch in all branch functions i.e. logistics, and performance issues with an aim of attaining targets set.
• Ensure all fraud-related matters in respective branches are noted and reported to management immediately.  
• Ensure Branch adherence to SOPs and policies 
• Build excellent relationships with customers ensuring good customer retention and following up the customer complaints.
• Provide accurate and timely reports. 
• Service delivery with the highest level of integrity.  
• Ensure the office is clean, filing, procurement, and inventory management. ∙

Requirements 

• A diploma/bachelor's qualification in any business-related course, Fluent in English (written and verbal) is an added advantage.
• Computer literacy.
• Financial literacy.
• Must have served in the same  position for more than 1 year 
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work 
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Must be willing to relocate anywhere in the country
