Key Responsibilities

- Oversee property inspections, viewings, and transactions.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on branch performance and key metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and property sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership position or management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet business targets.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends is an advantage.
