Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
● Handle customer inquiries and take orders
● Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
● Schedule appointments and coordinate with the detailing team
● Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
● Provide customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and payment processing
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
● Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required
