To safeguard the company’s liquidity, lead operational staff to achieve daily sales targets, and maintain overall branch profitability through strict financial oversight and effective team management.

Manage pharmacy inventory, requisitions, storage (FEFO), and stock accuracy; dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, monitor temperatures, track expiries and returns, ensure proper documentation, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Provide comprehensive maternal and women’s healthcare, manage antenatal and emergency care, identify high-risk cases, support multidisciplinary services, ensure quality standards, maintain records, educate patients, and perform administrative and assigned duties.

Oversee laboratory quality systems, audits, compliance, and documentation; implement QA/QC procedures, train staff, monitor performance, manage reports and accreditation, ensure accurate testing, and support administrative and quality improvement functions.

Maintain hospital cleanliness, manage laundry and waste disposal, restock supplies, address patient concerns, upkeep equipment and storage, support emergency cleaning needs, assist patients when required, and perform assigned duties
