Job Summary
Paper Toils (U) Ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced Head of Procurement to oversee the company's procurement activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods, materials, and services while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities.
• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies in line with company objectives. 
• Plan and coordinate the procurement of raw materials, equipment, supplies, and services. 
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers. 
• Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. 
• Ensure procurement activities are conducted efficiently, transparently, and in compliance with company policies. 
• Monitor supplier performance, product quality, costs, and delivery timelines. 
• Work closely with finance, production, logistics, and other departments to understand procurement needs. 
• Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information. 
• Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality. 
• Monitor market trends and changes in supplier pricing and availability. 
• Ensure adequate availability of materials and supplies to support business operations. 
• Prepare procurement reports and provide regular updates to management. 
• Ensure compliance with applicable procurement procedures and regulations. 

Academic Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics or a related field.

Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.
