Job Purpose
• Is responsible for welcoming guests and providing high-quality restaurant service to customers, and providing guest satisfaction through quality of behavior and work while maintaining the brand Standards and SOPs.
Key Result Areas
▪ Greets guests and presents them with the menu and also informs them about the special items for the day and menu changes, if any.
▪ Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell.
▪ Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order-taking pads
▪ Guide guests on payment modes available, accept the same, issue receipts, and return change and or card.
▪ Communicate with the guest and assist with their queries.
▪ Serve food and beverages to the guests as per the course of order.
▪ Promptly respond to guests with any additional requests.
▪ Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, and offering.
▪ Properly open and pour drinks at the tableside.
▪ Carry out basic cleaning tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
▪ Maintain an upbeat and friendly attitude throughout the process of handling the patrons.
▪ Issue and collect guest feedback platform
▪ Perform any other duty assigned from time to time.

• Cooperate and communicate well with the kitchen, packing, and cleaning stations

• Pay attention to guest requests and fulfil them while increasing sales
• Helps gain customer loyalty through a high standard of service.
• Encourages guests to post their feedback on the guest channels available
3. Hygiene, Personal Safety, and SOPs
• Ensures working place remains tidy
• Respecting and practicing HAACP regulations
• Respects the safety guidelines of the equipment used.

Skills / Competence Requirements
Qualification/Education
• High School Diploma/Certificate in Food and Beverage Service-Preferred
• Advanced level certificate -Minimum.
• Fluent in Business Language -English
Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 2-3 + years of experience working as a Wait staff in a restaurant.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Guest-oriented
• Sales-oriented
Business Behaviours

• To behave politely and courteously to guests.
• Quickly memorise restaurant menus and Promotions
• Positive attitude and good command of business language-English
• Good at organization and time management skills.
