Store Officer
Job summary
The Store Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that stock is properly received, recorded, stored, and issued while maintaining accurate inventory records.

- Receive and inspect incoming goods and supplies.
- Record all stock received and issued accurately.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of goods in the store.
- Monitor stock levels and identify items that need replenishment.
- Issue stock to authorized staff or departments upon request.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile variances.
- Ensure the store is clean, secure, and properly organized.
- Report damaged, expired, missing, or low-stock items to the supervisor.
- Assist with stock-taking and preparation of inventory reports.
- Ensure all store transactions are properly documented.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Certificate or Diploma in Stores Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a store, warehouse, or inventory-related role is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible.
