Key Responsibilities
- Serve and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom.
- Update and manage sales records in the POS system.
- Retrieve and replenish stock between the showroom (ground floor) and store (5th floor).
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate local purchases for other Keredo Stores branches.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales and operational reports.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Physically fit and able to move regularly between showroom and storage areas.
