The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling property units to clients. The role involves identifying prospective buyers, conducting property presentations, following up on leads, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements
- Sell and let residential and commercial properties.
- Guide clients through buying, renting, and selling processes.
- Conduct property viewings and successfully close deals.
- Follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Track, manage, and report on lead conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords.
- Advise clients on pricing, legal requirements, and market conditions.
- Negotiate offers and finalize transactions.
- Identify and recommend properties suitable for management.
- Assist in acquiring new property management clients.
- Market vacant units using digital platforms, social media, and networking.
- Contribute to marketing content creation and strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, viewings, and client communications.
- Submit weekly performance and listing reports to your supervisor.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and briefings.
- Support colleagues and promote a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Previous experience in property sales, brokerage, or field sales is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and close sales.
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.

Compensation:
- Monthly Allowances of 200,000 Ugx
- High commission-based earnings on successful sales
