The Procurement Buyer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all procurement activities for the company. The role ensures the timely acquisition of quality goods, services, equipment, and materials required for coffee production, processing, packaging, and distribution while achieving cost efficiency, compliance, and supplier performance standards.

Job specification
Responsibilities
● Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
● Bring in Coffee farmers
● Monitor order status and ensure timely deliveries.
● Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
● Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
● Monitor market trends affecting coffee production inputs and logistics.
● Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and select reliable suppliers.
● Conduct supplier performance evaluations.
Candidate specification
Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
No specific education requirements as long as the candidate has experience in coffee procurement
Work experience: 2-3 years’ experience in coffee procurement and should be in areas of Lukaaya or Miwula

Expected Remuneration:
UGX 1,000,000 monthly gross, but negotiable depending on experience
