IT Expert

MBZ General Trading LLC is a fast-growing Dubai-based company dealing in medical & laboratory equipment, IT products, chemicals, and industrial machinery.
We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled IT Expert to join us.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project management portals and digital collaboration platforms.
Handle network administration, internet protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, etc.), and data security.
Oversee website updates, backups, and hosting operations.
Support software integration and system optimization for internal departments.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and process automation.
Train and support team members on new tools and systems.

🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on IT experience (preferably in trading or corporate environments).
Strong understanding of internet protocols, network setup, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
Experience with website CMS (WordPress or similar) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Zoho, etc.).
Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud storage (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple IT projects independently with strong attention to detail.
