Job descriptions & requirements
1. IT Hardware Setup, Deployment, and User Support
- Install, configure, and deploy computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide first-line and second-line technical support to staff.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Train users on basic IT systems and tools.
- Maintain records of support requests and resolutions.
2. Network Setup, Configuration, and Support
- Set up and maintain LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity.
- Configure routers, switches, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Implement basic network security controls.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and vendors.
3. IT Asset Management and Lifecycle Planning
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment and software.
- Track asset allocation, usage, maintenance, and disposal.

- Ensure proper storage and disposal of obsolete IT assets.
4. Procurement, Vendor Management, and Hardware Standards

- Support planning for IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
6. Collaboration, Documentation, and Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with departments to understand IT needs.
- Maintain system documentation, manuals, and procedures.
