Junior SAP Business One Consultant

We are seeking a Junior SAP Business One Consultant to join our growing ERP consulting team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about enterprise systems, business process improvement, and technology-driven transformation. As a Junior SAP Business One Consultant, you will support SAP Business One implementation, configuration, customization, and user support initiatives under the guidance of senior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of SAP Business One modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients and translating them into system configurations.
• Participate in system setup, master data configuration, and user role assignments.
• Support data migration activities, including data validation, cleansing, and import processes.
• Provide first-level user support and troubleshoot SAP Business One issues.
• Assist in preparing functional documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Conduct user training sessions and system demonstrations under supervision.
• Perform system testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with technical teams for basic report customization and query generation.
• Support post-implementation reviews and system optimization initiatives.
• Maintain proper project documentation and adhere to implementation timelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or related disciplines:
• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Software Engineering
• Accounting
• Finance
• Business Information Technology
• Business Administration (Systems/IT focus)
• 0–2 years of experience in ERP systems, business systems, or related roles (internship experience acceptable).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (GL, AP, AR, inventory, costing).
• Strong interest in SAP Business One or ERP consulting.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to document processes clearly and accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP Business One through coursework, internship, or project experience.
• SAP Business One certification (or willingness to pursue certification).
• Experience in finance, accounting systems, or business process documentation.
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports or reporting tools.
• Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.
