Inventory Control & Digital Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control & Auditing

·       Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records for laboratory, radiology, and office supplies

·       Conduct routine stock counts (weekly, monthly) and reconcile discrepancies

·       Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reordering to prevent stock-outs

·       Track expiries, usage patterns, and minimize wastage or losses

·       Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and systems

·       Verify deliveries against purchase orders and ensure proper documentation

·       Prepare detailed inventory reports for management review

·       Support internal and external audit processes with accurate documentation

Data Analysis & Reporting

·       Analyze stock movement, consumption trends, and cost efficiency

·       Generate periodic reports (weekly/monthly) for management decision-making

·       Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions

·       Maintain organized digital records for easy retrieval and audit readiness

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

·       Manage EXAMINA’s social media platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, Ticktock and oth rs

·       Develop and post engaging content to promote diagnostic services

·       Design simple marketing materials (posters, awareness posts, announcements)

·       Respond promptly to online inquiries in a professional manner

·       Monitor engagement metrics and suggest strategies to improve reach and visibility

·       Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across platforms

·       Support promotional campaigns and service awareness initiatives

General Administrative Support

·       Work closely with laboratory, radiology, and administrative teams

·       Provide support at reception when necessary

·       Perform any other duties assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, IT, Marketing or related field

·         Proven experience in inventory or stock management is an added advantage

·         Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel

·         Experience in social media management and content creation

·         Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

·         High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills
