Aura Lounge Limited is looking for an HR manager with at least two (2) years of experience in an HR-related role to lead and manage the HR department of the Company, working closely with the Directors and senior management. Aura Lounge is a premium nightlife destination in Kololo, opening in November 2023.

Job Description/Requirements
- Lead and manage the HR department for the Company
- Support operations team with shift scheduling and staff resource management planning
- Support operations team with job advertisements and hiring of staff across junior and mid level roles
- Receive and handle any staff disputes, complaints, and issues that may arise from time to time
- Develop and manage the Company's HR policies
- Support management with the development of a performance bonus and incentive program for all staff levels
- Manage feedback program from staff to ensure adequate staff satisfaction and retention
- Support accounting team with monthly payroll
- Support management to ensure staff welfare and benefits are to an optimal standard
- Manage regular performance reviews for staff
