Job Description/Requirements
1. Responsible for recruitment and selection of required personnel;
2. Handle local employees' onboarding and resignation procedures;
3. Assist the Performance Manager in implementing local performance appraisal system;
4. Manage local employees' attendance and salary calculations;
5. Conduct training for new hires;
6. Organize corporate cultural activities and manage employee relations for local staff;
7. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
