Job Description/Requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned clerical and administrative task
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, employee relations,training coordination, and HR system updates
- Assist in organizing staff welfare, engagement, and team-building activities.
- Help track probation periods and follow up on performance reviews.
- Support compliance by ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
Academic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related field. Recent graduate (0–1 year experience).
