Job Summary
To provide comprehensive support in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, including but not limited to Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation and benefits administration, Maintenance of personnel files, staff motivation initiatives and disciplinary procedures.

Job Description/Requirements
- Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date personnel records of all employees, including orderly archiving, Administration and updating Stadium HR.
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Supporting the recruitment process.
- Supporting the performance management process, including coordinating periodic performance appraisals.
- Participating in staff motivation and welfare activities such as award ceremonies, sports events, and end-of-year events.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
- Helping employees understand and comply with the company policies.
- Ensuring daily staff attendance, shift schedules and all leave taken are updated and tracked in the system.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Ensuring staff overtime data is compiled and submitted for Payroll processing by the monthly cut-off.
- Ensuring all employees adhere to and comply with PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) requirements.
- Liaising with the Learning and Development manager to conduct training sessions.
- Receiving leave applications and making a follow-up.
- Responding to Employee queries and concerns.
- Participates in the development and maintenance of resources, templates and tools to ensure consistency.
- Tracking Contractual and Probationary periods of Employees and following up before expiry.
- Ensuring that Employee files are updated.
- Cross-checking Casuals' attendance records and compiling attendance data for processing payment.
- Advising and helping managers on human resource-related issues.
- Attending to minor disciplinary issues, helping in enforcing discipline among employees and generating incident and accident reports to be submitted to the Employee Relations Manager.
- Participating in and documenting proceedings during disciplinary inquiries.
- Preparing weekly reports to be submitted to the Talent Manager.
- Maintaining an updated track sheet of daily attendance, manpower.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Psychology, Social Sciences, Social Work and other related disciplines.
- Knowledge of existing labour laws, regulations and operating guidelines.
- Two years of working experience in a similar role in a large company.
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve problems promptly
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both in writing and orally, to communicate with employees.
- Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyse information
- Must be able to prioritise and plan work activities to use time efficiently
- Must be organised, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
- Should possess good counselling skills.
