Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment efforts
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in data entry for HR systems.
- Help plan and coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist with compiling HR reports and updating internal databases.
- Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
Requirements:
- A recent Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- No prior work experience required—training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
