We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic recent graduate to join our Human Resources team as a Graduate Trainee. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development in key HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment efforts
  • Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist in data entry for HR systems.
  • Help plan and coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with compiling HR reports and updating internal databases.
  • Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.


Requirements:

  • A recent Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • No prior work experience required—training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
