Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Together with the Branch Manager, drawing up monthly plans in the identified catchment locations where sales and marketing activities such as community sales drives, focus group discussions, marketing drives and door to door have been conducted.

2.Together with the Branch Manager, drawing up a monthly 3 pack training session for each of the identified groups of potential customers for the group lending product to achieve the monthly required targets.
3.Training.

·Financial literacy training of Groups identified.

·Training clients about the FINCA Uganda Self-Managed Group Product methodology.

·Guiding group in selection of their leaders and group governance principles.

·Emphasizing the group formation, cohesion/solidarity and record keeping during the trainings.

·Evaluating of the readiness of the group members to take up FINCA financial services.

4.Implementing the schedule of action work plans agreed at the beginning of each month and providing weekly feedback to the Branch Manager with a dotted line to the Product Associate.
