Finance Manager / Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager / Accountant to oversee our

organization's financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial

reporting, maintaining accurate ledger accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and analyzing

financial data to guide business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger entries, accounts

payable/receivable, and payroll.

● Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

● Develop, monitor, and analyze company budgets, forecasts, and financial risk profiles.

● Ensure full compliance with relevant tax regulations, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and

internal controls.

● Coordinate external audit processes and prepare all necessary financial documentation.

● Provide actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification

preferred.

● Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Accountant, or similar financial administration role.

● Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced MS

Excel skills.

● Deep understanding of financial reporting frameworks, budgeting, and financial analysis.

● Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
