Global Arch Investments Limited is seeking two highly talented Business Development Officers with High Interpersonal and Networking Skills, Negotiation skills, Closing Sales and Marketing Skills to increase our revenue and build a wide clientele base through achieving monthly targets and maintaining strong customer relations through high-quality service and communication.
As Global Arch Investments Limited Business Development Executive, you will be a key representative of our company’s sales team, responsible for creating a pipeline and signing up local stores and corporate customers.
The Sales team is directly responsible for partnering with both smaller local stores and with bigger brands. You will work with the support of a sales team and Management.

• Seal partnerships with the best accounts, always aligned with the company goals
• As the owner of Global Arch’s revenue, you’ll make sure that all deals follow the required profitability of the Company.
• Build long-term partnerships and ensure a fast and smooth onboarding.
• Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis
• Mobilize activities and ensure maximum performance in the sales department.
• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
• Research and analyze sales options
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products and services.
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
• Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
• Build and maintain professional networks
• Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
• You have to hunt like a hungry wolf
• Overachieving targets is a must

• You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
• 2 to 3 years hands-on sales experience, key contacts in the industry is a plus

Qualifications for Business Development Executive
• Experience in Building Services Sales or Marketing and Communications sales
• Competency in English
• Ability to mobilize and delegate tasks
