- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
- Advise the Content production team on market needs.
- Keep track of subscriptions and call clients with failed subscriptions
- Keep track of new registrations and call them back to engage them towards subscription.
- Move to planned secondary schools to interact with heads of departments, teachers, and learners.
- Document all weekly activities and share the report with your immediate manager.·
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Compose and post online content on the company’s social media accounts.
- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
