JOB PURPOSE:

Creating, shaping, and improving brand identity to enable visual communication of different products for different clients. To improve the company’s operational efficiency and effectiveness and help the company to accomplish its objectives.

COMPANY BACKGROUND:

We at Fabrication Systems (U) Ltd deal in Structural fabrication, Aluminum & Glass, General metal fabrication, signage, and Civil & Turnkey works which form a major part of our product list.

FSUL is the exclusive distributor for Otis Lifts, Ace Equipment, Greaves Generators, Jindal & Servotec stabilizers, Indoair Compressors, and Safex Over Head Cranes in East Africa.

Reporting to:     Marketing Supervisior

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Knowing the ins and outs of different signage types (digital, static, illuminated, etc.) and their effectiveness in various contexts.
• Understanding the production process, materials, and costs involved in signage creation and installation.
• Target audience and message tailoring for different clients.
• Data-driven decision-making for signage effectiveness basing on existing signage performance to inform future signage development.
• Working closely with designers, production teams, and installers to ensure a seamless flow from concept to execution.
• Communicating project requirements and objectives clearly to ensure that everyone is aligned on the message and desired outcome.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/Degree in Business Marketing or any related course.
• 4 - 5 years of experience in the Branding and Printing Industry.
• Age 25-35 years

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Proven Managerial and Leadership skills
• Proven track record in working with and growing teams to solve specific challenges and accomplish task.
• Successful resolution of issues/complaints in a timely and professional way.
• To train and motivate team for quality products while following Safety with cost controlling mentality. 
• Self-confidence with analytical mind who believes in perfection.
• Should have knowledge of drawing. (can read, and understand/interpret the drawings)
• The candidate should have working experience in any two field at least out of the following three: 1. Structural Steel Fabrication, 2. Signage Industry, 3. Aluminium Industry
• Candidate should have knowledge/aptitude for learning and training subordinates and colleagues & should devote time in understanding new things and implementing them to improve the working environment of the department and company for future growth of self and company (Like R&D, ready to upgrade yourself, learning new technologies etc.)
• Compelling Narratives: understand the power of stories to connect, inspire, and build brand loyalty.
• Creative Brilliance like Concept Ideation, Content Mastery & Design Thinking.
• Adaptability and Agility: Trend surfing, Experimentation of new ideas, actively open to Feedback.
