Graphics Designer

1. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including marketing teams, project managers, and business owners, to understand design requirements and objectives.
2. Create visually appealing designs for a wide range of projects, including but not limited to: website graphics, social media posts, print materials, logos, branding assets, and digital advertisements.
3. Develop design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to present to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
4. Use graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch to create high-quality designs that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
5. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they meet project requirements.
6. Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and techniques.
7. Collaborate with other team members, including web developers, content creators, and marketers, to ensure cohesive integration of design elements across various platforms and channels.
8. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality design work within designated deadlines.
9. Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for easy access and future reference.
10. Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to provide regular updates on design progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
4. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
5. Attention to detail and the ability to work with precision to deliver high-quality designs.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback to team members and stakeholders.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
8. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
