In this role, you will lead sales teams, monitor performance targets, ensure stock accountability, and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and high customer service standards.

Judges whether each unit meets cooling performance standards by reading performance curve charts, operating the test computer, and recording results, so that only qualified products go into the warehouse

Carries out safety tests on finished units, sets and adjusts test parameters, inspects the test equipment, and records results to ensure only safe products proceed.

Operates and maintains the leak testing machine, sets test parameters, records results, and makes sure units with leaks are identified and removed from the line.

Operates and maintains the refrigerant charging equipment, sets the correct charge quantity for each model, and records charging data.

Operates the vacuuming station to remove air and moisture from the refrigeration circuit, maintains the vacuum pump, and records vacuuming data.

Welds pipelines using ultrasonic welding equipment, records production data, and maintains and inspects the welding machine.

Welds refrigerant pipelines using flame welding equipment, records production data, and maintains and inspects the welding equipment to keep output within quality standards.

Places the correct compressor model into the compressor bin for each unit on the production line, ensuring the right model is used for every production order.

The AC Technician is responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning units for the company’s customers and premises. The role ensures units are installed correctly, faults are diagnosed and fixed promptly, and customers receive safe, reliable, and professional after-sales service.

The Stock Controller will be responsible for the accurate tracking, management, and reconciliation of all inventory within the company's warehouse(s), ensuring stock levels, movements, and valuations are properly recorded and that discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
