Our production and assembly sites in Africa are a shining example of our commitment to actively support industrialisation in the region and creating an affordable offer. We looking for a Workshop Accounts Assistant M/F based: UgandaJob Description :Job purposeTo support the service department operations in Namanve in the areas of invoicing, purchasing, reporting and stock management.Profil Request :Key responsibilities1. Invoicing: Receive job cards from workshop, confirming that both the quotation and invoice values match. Bill the jobs and issue invoice to the customer.2. Sublet handling: Create purchase orders and complete sublet processes. At the end of the month, collect all supplier invoices with statements, verifies, posts and sends to head office for payment. 3. Stock controls and consumables: Verify balances of materials in SAP system, receive and verify stocks and confirm that the right quantities are entered in SAP. Carry out monthly stock counts and report on the same. 4. Fuel management through receiving, issuing, monitoring and reordering. 5.
