Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration required CPA or ACCA CMA designation preferred. Proven hands-on experience in a manufacturing or similar industry where inventory and cost accounting are critical functions . Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero or specific ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Small Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a lean environment where the individual is responsible for both strategic leadership and tactical execution (e.g. cutting checks processing payroll data entry) . Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles particularly dealing with institutional purchasing departments (schools hospitals government).Job Summary
The Finance Director will be a critical member of the executive team, responsible for the overall financial strategy, management, and reporting of the company. This is a highly operational, hands-on role where the Finance Director will be expected to manage all finance functions directly, with only minimal administrative or junior staff assistance.

Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure sound financial management and control
- Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, and inventory accounting.
- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to business plans.
- Manage cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.
- Negotiate and manage banking relationships, lines of credit, and financing agreements.
