Key Responsibilities:
Verification Duties:
- Conduct physical and telephone verification of client information and supporting documents before account activation or loan disbursement.
- Confirm the accuracy of customer addresses, business locations, guarantors, and other relevant data.
- Perform background checks to validate authenticity and detect fraudulent information.
- Prepare and submit verification reports with findings, photos, and recommendations.
- Liaise with credit officers or relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate data validation.
Collection Duties:
- Follow up on overdue payments through calls, field visits, and written reminders.
- Negotiate and agree on payment arrangements with defaulting clients.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all collection activities and client interactions.
- Recommend appropriate recovery actions for non-responsive clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and debt recovery regulations.
