- Send daily reports on the number of calls made.
- Send weekly reports on the above-mentioned number of calls made.
- Submit weekly feedback reports from calls of all semi-finalists going for testing at Naguru and Lugogo (Feedback sheet).
- Hit a daily sales target of not less than 50% conversion of inquiries called.
- Get feedback from administrators on sales and customer care issues per branch weekly by administrators through regional coordinators.
- Follow up on daily inquiries called at the branch level through regional coordinators not less than 20 calls per branch.
- Manage all clients groups on WhatsApp groups
- Liaise with team Sukuma on all marketing strategies shared by the Sales Manager.
- Update feedback and google sheets for Lugogo.
- Handling all incoming inquiries from our lines (039 and 0704).
- Follow up on inquiries.
- Forward complaints to customer care.
- Motivate administrators and sales team to hit targets.
- And any other duties assigned to you by your immediate supervisors
