JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Generating Leads and Qualifying Prospects:
- Identifying potential customers: This can involve researching leads, cold calling, attending networking events, or following up on marketing-generated leads.
- Qualifying leads: Determining which prospects are most likely to become customers based on factors like budget, need, and decision-making authority.
2. Building Relationships and Maintaining Customer Loyalty:
- Developing rapport with clients: Sales representatives need to build trust and establish strong relationships with both potential and existing customers.
- Providing excellent customer service: This includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Following up with customers: Regularly contacting clients to check in, offer support, and provide updates on new products or services.
3. Presenting and Selling Products/Services:
- Conducting product demonstrations: Showcasing the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.

4. Achieving Sales Targets and Reporting:
