BMR is seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer with a blend of creative and analytical skills, ready to contribute to campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Support the management of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help create engaging marketing content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia materials.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics and tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (such as Graphics, Promotions, and Sales) to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and other marketing activities.
  • Manage marketing databases and support lead generation efforts.
  • Contribute to budgeting, scheduling, and administrative tasks within the marketing department.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing role, with exposure to campaign management and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital trends, and brand management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing software, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
