- Ensure food is prepared on time and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your station at all times.
- Monitor food portions and reduce wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Follow health, safety, and kitchen hygiene regulations.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Proven experience as a Station Chef or Cook.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Team player with good time management skills.
- Passion for cooking and consistency in food quality.
