Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain discipline
• Monitor food inventory and control waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Chef or Senior Cook
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards
• Leadership and team management skills
