Job Summary:
Assist the Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and supervising staff to ensure smooth food production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily kitchen operations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff
• Maintain food quality and consistency
• Assist with menu planning and inventory control
• Act as Chef in their absence

Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant certification
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
