Job Description/Requirements
Scale: WTM 7 L
Reports to: Head of Communication, Marketing, and Client Experience
Responsible for: Social Media Assistants, Content Creators, and Community Managers
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media marketing campaigns.
- Manage and grow social media accounts across various platforms.
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content.
- Analyze engagement metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Respond to audience interactions and foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with the content and production teams for high-quality social media output.
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
Person Specification:
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Professional certification in social media marketing is an advantage.
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years in social media management, marketing, or related roles.
- Experience in content creation and social media analytics.
3. Competencies:
A. Ministry & Leadership Competencies
- Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent communication and community engagement skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple platforms.
B. Business & Operational Competencies
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong analytical skills to track and improve engagement.
- Understanding of digital advertising and influencer marketing
