The Graduate Management Training Program
The program will provide exciting opportunities for young graduates and shape their career journeys in the fast-growing telecom and fintech sectors.
The opportunity
The 12-month intensive training program will expose the Graduate Trainees to;
1. Contribute to solving real business challenges
2. Mentoring from some of the most brilliant minds in the industry.
3. Hands-on training in Telecom solutions development, Business operations, and reporting.
4. Team building in cross-functional and diverse settings.
Opportunities exist in Supply Chain, Revenue Assurance, Information Technology, Sales & Marketing, and Business Analytics.
Upon completion of the program, the Graduate Trainees will be appointed to specific roles within the organization, further on-the-job training and management development beyond the initial year.

Minimum qualifications:
- 1st or 2nd class upper degree (Bachelor's).
- Graduated within the last two years or awaiting graduation
- Faculty recommendation.
- Communication and Presentation skills.
- Analytical skills

- Eager to research and develop self
