Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for building and executing Telvoip’s digital marketing strategy to drive B2B demand, brand credibility, and pipeline support across UCaaS and CCaaS solutions. This role sits at the intersection of content, demand generation, events, and sales enablement, with a strong focus on mid-market and enterprise buyers. The role requires a hands-on leader who can translate complex communication and automation
solutions into clear business value for decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Demand Generation
● Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across content, social media, email, paid channels, SEO, and events.
● Translate business and revenue goals into marketing plans and priorities.
● Drive inbound interest and support outbound sales efforts with targeted campaigns.
● Own marketing budget and channel allocation.
● Track and report on funnel performance, pipeline influence, and ROI.
Content & Brand Authority
● Lead content strategy focused on CX, cloud communications, AI voice agents, and automation.
● Oversee LinkedIn thought leadership and executive positioning.
● Ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Partnerships & Event Enablement
● Partner closely with sales to support long B2B sales cycles.
● Support partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.
● Plan and activate industry events, webinars, and roundtables.
Sales & Revenue Alignment
● Shared accountability for pipeline creation and influence.
● Partner with sales on campaign planning, enablement, and feedback loops.
● Define ICPs, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks.
Performance & Reporting
● Own analytics, dashboards, and reporting across channels.
● Continuously test, optimize, and improve conversion rates.
● Manage marketing tools and automation platforms.
● Make data-driven decisions on what to scale or stop.
● Own funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influenced).
Required Experience & Skills
● 4+ years in B2B digital or growth marketing roles.
● Experience marketing UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, telecom, or enterprise technology solutions.
● Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
● Hands-on experience with content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid acquisition.
● Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools.
● Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams. Tools & Platforms (Preferred)
● Zoho CRM and marketing automation tools
● LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, analytics tools
● Meta & Google Ads Platform
● Familiarity with AI-driven CX or voice solutions is a plus
● WordPress & CMS management
