The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and generating leads through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Manage content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
- Create compelling captions, graphics, and video content.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and other platforms.
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and management teams to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Grow online communities and improve audience engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts and running successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Photography, videography, and video editing skills are an added advantage.
