Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Manager to support our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience managing social media pages, engaging with audiences, responding to inbox messages, posting comments, and helping grow brand visibility online.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage and monitor company social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and others.
- Post comments, replies, updates, and promotional content in line with the company’s brand voice.
- Respond to inbox messages, customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers and online communities to increase brand awareness and customer trust.
- Create, schedule, and publish social media posts, stories, reels, and other content.
- Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and message response rates.
- Identify social media trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for improved engagement.
- Work with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and consistent communication.
- Escalate serious customer complaints, technical issues, or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media pages or online communities.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience responding to inbox messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms and how they work.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to handle customers politely, professionally, and patiently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet posting deadlines.
