The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding our customer base, building strong client relationships, and offering tailored freight and logistics solutions.

Job Description/Requirements
- Identify and pursue new sales leads to grow the customer base and increase market share.
- Explore opportunities to enter untapped markets and develop strategies for expansion.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proactively engage clients to understand their logistics needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Promote and sell a range of logistics services including freight forwarding, shipping, warehousing, and clearing services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Contract Negotiation & Pricing:
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for logistics services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements with clients.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and client requirements.
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience in logistics, transport, shipping, or clearing and forwarding.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
