Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Previous sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
