Job Description/Requirements
Duties in this position include:
1. Acquire new accounts through prospecting and networking
2. Able to qualify opportunities to determine scope and develop proposals
3. Identify prospect security and technical requirements
4. Successfully demonstrate our solutions
5. Work with internal team to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customer and always
maintaining a good relationship with the client
6. Provide implementation team with documentation for successful onboarding of clients
7. Participate in all scheduled sales team meetings
8. Travel as needed to events prospects and other areas
9. Handling technical presentations at trade shows or marketing activities and proactively
communicating with prospects and customers
10. Develop and follow a sales plan that is reviewed weekly
Qualifications & Skills
The candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales or Marketing or equivalent
experience
2. Proven 2+ years track record of selling security solutions such as Alarms, CCTV,
Access Control and IT Solutions
3. Ability to understand and grasp latest technology advancements in the industry
4. Experience in presenting technical solutions to meet customer needs
5. Self-starter, cooperative attitude and team player
6. Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skill
7. Must possess a high degree of competence, maturity, adaptability, integrity and
initiative
8. Clear, logical and persuasive communication skills
9. Must pay attention to detail
