Job Description/Requirements

Best Ceramics Uganda Limited was established in Uganda since 2016, headquartered in Kampala plot 130-138 and 140-148,7th street industrial area and affiliated to Sunda International group of company founded in 2000 in Guangzhou China. The company deals in various products under Building Materials (BMMC), Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG) and Household/Hardware Material (HHMC).


We are in need of a Sales man with sales experience in South Sudan and Democratic Republic of Congo region under Fast Moving Consumable Goods to work with the FMCG department.


1. Calling on customer or keeping regular touch with existing customers.

2. To avail title samples where necessary as directed by Sales/Marketing manger

3. Maintenance and Extension of Sales Territory by keeping the existing customers and accounts.

4. Create new accounts or new customers who are prospects by his art of persuasion and converting suspects to prospects clearing all fears and doubts and then converting that prospect into a customer in a territory.

5. Increasing Sales Line by bringing to the notice of customers, retailers and wholesalers of the company's product line or range of products.

6. To build the image or status or good will of company.

7. Ensure they develop product knowledge

8. Ensure a good a good feedback to their Supervisor.

9. To train new hands on the job/staff to learn the tricks of the trade.

10. Collection of Dues and Credit Information from the customers.

11. Know the credit worthiness of prospects who are willing to have business relation

12. To participate actively in the sales-meetings that is held in the sales Department from time to time.

13. Ensure that customers problems are solve in time.

14. Liaise with customer care to make a follow up on customers

15. To adhere to the company set prices

16. To monitor company/market prices of competitors and keep sales/marketing manager informed at all times

17. To generated and submit sales report to sales/Marketing manager

18. To carry out market survey and intelligence and give feed back to the Sales/Marketing manager

19. To identify the most moving and slow moving tiles, and inform the Sales/Marketing Manager

20. Any other duties assigned form time to tile.

Gender: Male

Years: Not more than 40 years

South Sudan nationality can be accepted

Education, Professional & Work Experience

The candidate must at least have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any course.


Work experience

Have sales experience in South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo

Professional Knowledge

• Proficient (Communication and coordination ability)

• Familiar (Marketing)

• Understanding (Statistics)
