Responsibilities:

  • Full-time sales personnel.
  • Responsible for leading the strategy and execution of business development initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the maintenance/cleaning field.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and business performance to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Will have to make good judgment and take quick decisions.
  • Ensuring to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders for business attainment.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
  • To monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Collaborating with external agencies and vendors for advertising and promotional activities.
  • MUST understand market research, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Must be able to generate bids for corporate contractual business opportunities in different organizations and make follow-ups.


Minimum Qualification:
Diploma &  Bachelor’s Degree.
