Best Ceramics Uganda Limited is in need of a Sales manager with more than 5 years’ experience in FMCG industry as Regional Sales Manager familiar with Eastern Region market to work under a FMCG department.

Best Ceramics Uganda Limited was established in Uganda since 2016, headquartered in Kampala plot 130-138 and 140-148,7th street industrial area and affiliated to Sunda International group of company founded in 2000 in Guangzhou China. The company deals in various products under Building Materials (BMMC), Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG) and Household/Hardware Material (HHMC).
We are in need of a Sales manager with more than 5 years’ experience in FMCG industry as Regional Sales Manager familiar with Eastern Region market to work under a FMCG department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Dept. Manager in the daily management of the department team.
Assist Dept. Manager to complete department sales target decomposition, policy designed, and policy implementation.
Assist Dept. Manager to complete the communication and coordination with other departments and external contacts..
Manage and coordinates the work between each sales supervisor and each team.
Observes and evaluate Sales supervisor and customer service supervisor’s performance.
Trains all the team on their duties especially for new colleague.
According to the target and policy of department, following up the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual goals within the department, and follow up on the achievement of customer contract goals and rebate goals to achieve different targets.
Investigate and finish market Survey Form, and keep it update.
Complete new product promotion and marking work.
Follow up the market’s advertising investment and online/TV advertising.
Improve the display position of our products in the market store, occupy the position closest to the main aisle.
Increase the display area of our products in the store and occupy the largest display area.
Check the sales price of our products in the store and assist in promotion activities.
Help customers develop and promote channel promotion plans and team incentive plans.
Any other duties assigned form time to time.

Years: Not more than 40 years
Education, Professional & Work Experience
The candidate must at least have a Bachelor's Degree in any course.
More than 5 years’ experience in FMCG industry as Regional Sales Manager.
Be familiar with East Region FMCG market；
Must have experience of being charge a 10 million USD annual turnover FMCG market
