Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.

2. Property Sales

• Manage all aspects of property sales including property valuation, client negotiations, and securing business deals.

3. Lead Generation

• Generate leads and drive sales through various channels including digital platforms, referrals, and in-person marketing.

4. Property Management Support

• Acquire properties for management.
• Assist in functions such as tenant screening, property maintenance, landlord liaison, rent collection, and more.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong market knowledge
• Good time management
• Teamwork and collaboration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate Management, Property Management, or any related field.
• Candidates from other fields may also apply if they possess strong sales and marketing skills and relevant experience.
