Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kampala. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, presenting customized solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and optimal service delivery.

Role Description

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Client Relationship Management skills and Customer Service skills
  • Market Research and Analytical skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Experience in the tracking and fleet management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
