Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven abilities in Sales and knowledge of Insurance products
- Experience in Training clients or staff
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the sales industry is advantageous
