Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Insurance is an advantage
- Ability to conduct Training for new team members and clients
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
